  1.    This option provides a graph of absence by month for the whole year. It
  2. is scaled to start at 0 and end at 30. An absence rate higher than this will
  3. not register on the graph. If the scaling is not suitable for your situation
  4. I can alter it simply with a change to the program. The relevant part of the
  5. program is around line 27000 and there are some REM statements for guidance.
  6. I could put graph scaling in as a menu option, but time and the fact that
  7. too many variables confuses users made me decide not to. Comments on this
  8. are welcome.
